Corporate Tax Advisory Director

About the role

PWC is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Director to lead complex tax engagements across the United Arab Emirates. The role involves advising multinational groups, regional conglomerates, family offices and sovereign wealth funds on UAE Corporate Tax matters, shaping go‑to‑market strategy and coaching high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a diverse portfolio covering advisory, compliance, controversy and transaction services.
• Serve as the lead advisor on UAE Corporate Tax under Federal Decree‑Law No. 47 of 2022, including group structuring, free‑zone regimes, participation exemption, interest limitation, deductibility, loss utilisation and business restructuring.
• Conduct permanent establishment and nexus analyses for client operations.
• Drive client portfolio growth, ensure quality execution and manage risk.
• Participate in market leadership activities and support senior partners in business development.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years (144 months) of experience in corporate tax advisory.
• Proven track record of leading large, multi‑disciplinary tax engagements.
• Strong people‑management and coaching abilities.
• Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and develop strategic tax solutions.
