Corporate Tax Advisory Manager – Dubai

About the role

PwC is seeking a high‑performing Manager to lead corporate tax advisory and compliance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients in the United Arab Emirates. The role will be based in Dubai (or Abu Dhabi) and will work closely with the Delivery Centre and senior tax professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex corporate tax engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Oversee corporate tax compliance projects, including tax returns, group restructuring and business model optimisation.
• Prepare technical analyses, engagement deliverables and client communications ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Interpret and apply UAE corporate tax law, Cabinet/Ministerial Decisions, FTA guidance, free‑zone regimes and relevant international tax principles.
• Collaborate with Indirect Tax, Legal, Deals and Assurance teams to provide integrated solutions.
• Identify business development opportunities, shape proposals, price engagements and present to prospective clients.
• Contribute to thought leadership, client alerts, internal training and market eminence on emerging tax topics.

Required profile

• Qualified tax professional with several years of experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver high‑quality client service.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Leadership capability to mentor junior staff and drive technical excellence.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UAE corporate tax law and related regulations.
• Understanding of international tax principles and double‑tax treaty applications.
• Experience with corporate tax compliance, tax accounting and dispute resolution.
