Corporate Tax Manager

About the role

Frazier & Deeter is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to lead complex tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business, provide strategic tax advice, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review complex corporate tax returns, including consolidated and multi‑state filings.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate tax issues, applying relevant authority and delivering clear conclusions.
• Lead tax engagements from planning and budgeting through execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and understanding business needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of client tax returns, meeting all regulatory deadlines.
• Review work of team members, providing constructive feedback to maintain quality and accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple engagements simultaneously.
