Corporate Trainer – Customer Service & Soft Skills

About the role

Mohamed Hilal Group is looking for a dynamic Corporate Trainer to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that boost customer service excellence, soft‑skill capabilities and operational effectiveness across our Retail and Food & Beverage divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training on customer service, communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, sales techniques and professional conduct.
• Conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new hires in Retail and F&B.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual and on‑the‑job training for employees at all levels.
• Assess training needs through discussions with leaders, performance reviews and operational data.
• Create training materials, presentations, role‑plays, assessments and learning resources.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, observations and performance metrics.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve customer interactions and service standards.
• Partner with department managers to identify skill gaps and recommend development solutions.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports and learning documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Learning & Development or Training Specialist.
• Proven experience delivering soft‑skill and customer‑service training in Retail, Hospitality or F&B environments.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Professional training certifications are an advantage.
