Cost Analyst

About the role

El Lujo Project Management Services LLC is looking for a Cost Analyst to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on cost management, payment certification and commercial control for construction projects in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate subcontractor payment certificates.
• Review invoices, variations and supporting project documents.
• Prepare quotations, price comparison statements and cost evaluations.
• Perform detailed costing and cost analysis for projects.
• Monitor project budgets and prepare regular cost reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, contracts and site teams.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and payment documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant UAE construction experience.
• Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills.
• Available to join immediately.
