Cost Control Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Cost Control Supervisor will ensure the accuracy of financial records, manage invoices and cash handling, and support departmental processes at the BVLGARI Resort in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of figures, postings, and documents.
• Organize and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents in line with policies.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers or computer systems.
• Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute financial, accounting, auditing or payroll reports.
• Complete period‑end closing procedures and related reports.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices and account statements.
• Follow up on past‑due accounts and vendor invoices until resolved.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments and act as a departmental role model or mentor.
• Report work‑related accidents or injuries to a manager or supervisor immediately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets.
• Communicate clearly, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette, and prepare written documents accurately.
• Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Perform physical tasks involving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Minimum education: high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
