Counter Intrusion Trainer – Technical Training for Defense Systems

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Counter Intrusion Trainer to deliver technical instruction on its Counter‑Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) and air‑defense solutions to military users across the Middle East. The role combines classroom, hands‑on, and field training in challenging operational environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver New Equipment Training and Train‑the‑Trainer courses for international operators, ensuring full operational competency.
• Create realistic simulated scenarios, develop training collateral, and maintain up‑to‑date course materials for Anduril’s air‑defense systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, program managers and regional teams to translate system capabilities into learning objectives.
• Travel up to 50% of the time, including visits to hazard zones and customer sites, to provide on‑site instruction.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technical training to Middle‑East military users.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (20‑30 days per trip) and work in hazardous environments.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Counter‑Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) principles.
• Experience with air‑defense technology, autonomous systems, C2 and electronic warfare.
• Hands‑on expertise in hardware integration, software configuration and RF system testing.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
