Counter Sales Advisor Cum Coordinator

About the role

The Counter Sales Advisor Cum Coordinator will drive indoor sales, build lasting customer relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, inventory, and logistics within the showroom.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, provide product information, quotations and close sales.
• Process sales orders, generate invoices and coordinate timely deliveries with logistics.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor stock levels and dispatch.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
• Support merchandising, visual displays and promotional activities in the showroom.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of indoor/retail sales experience with strong customer handling skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Basic understanding of building materials and construction products.
• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
