Counter Sales Executive (Auto Parts)

About the role

Al Ajil Auto Parts is seeking a knowledgeable and customer‑focused Counter Sales Executive to join its auto spare parts team in Sharjah. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the sales counter, helping them find the right parts and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle counter sales of new auto spare parts and accessories.
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles.
• Provide accurate product specifications, compatibility, availability, and pricing information.
• Prepare quotations, sales invoices and process customer orders.
• Check stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for required items.
• Maintain proper records of sales, orders, and customer requests.
• Follow up on pending orders and respond to enquiries, complaints, and product‑related concerns.
• Keep the sales counter and product display area organized and clean.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers and stay updated on market trends.

Required profile

• Previous experience in auto spare parts counter sales is preferred.
• Good knowledge of new automotive spare parts and their applications.
• Ability to identify parts by make, model, year or part number.
• Strong customer service, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Basic computer knowledge for preparing quotations, invoices and checking inventory.
• Good English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• Team‑player with strong attention to detail.
