Country Manager – UAE

About the role

Anton Oilfield Services is looking for an experienced leader to head its operations in the United Arab Emirates. The Country Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing major projects, and building a high‑performing multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑entry and growth strategies for the UAE.
• Lead strategic account development, major bids, negotiations and project mobilisation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources across sales, technical, operations, commercial, finance, HR and legal.
• Manage operational, contractual, QHSE and compliance risks.
• Strengthen Anton’s brand presence and stakeholder relationships in the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, International Business, Engineering Management or Business Administration; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of oil & gas experience, including at least 8 years in international or regional management.
• Proven track record in market entry, major project development and multicultural team leadership.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with willingness to travel frequently or be based in the Middle East.
