Country Sales Manager – MEA (Arabic & English)

About the role

Dimax International, owner of the Könner & Söhnen brand known for high‑quality generators, garden equipment and power tools, is seeking a driven Country Sales Manager to lead market entry, ensure local compliance and grow B2B sales across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Legal & Compliance Management – act as the main local representative, oversee statutory compliance, manage the local entity and maintain electronic archives.
• External Partner & Stakeholder Relations – coordinate with local agencies, outsourced legal, accounting, tax consultants and regulatory bodies.
• Operational Leadership – direct remote team workflows and provide regular administrative and operational updates to the CEO and Vice‑CEO.
• Commercial Strategy & Business Growth – develop and execute sales strategy, acquire customers, manage key accounts and oversee the full sales funnel in CRM.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years proven experience as a Country Manager or Sales Manager in the UAE, preferably in tech or industrial sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a technical field is preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and English; working knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, deal‑closing and presentation abilities.
• Self‑driven, highly organized and client‑focused mindset.
