Crane Operator – UAE

About the role

The company seeks an experienced crane operator to carry out lifting operations across construction and industrial sites in the UAE. The role includes daily pre‑operational inspections, following approved lift plans and safety procedures, and reporting any defects or unsafe conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform lifting, positioning and placement of machinery, equipment or large objects using 150‑280 t all‑terrain, 150‑280 t crawler and 400‑700 t crawler cranes.
• Conduct daily crane inspections, identify malfunctioning parts and ensure safe execution of all lifts.
• Maintain constant communication with site managers, foremen, riggers and other personnel to coordinate lifts.
• Report equipment defects, unsafe conditions and operational concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site environments.
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience as a crane operator.
• Valid GCC driving licence (5 years) and, preferably, a UAE heavy‑tractor licence.
• Provide employment/experience certificates covering at least five years as a crane operator.

Required skills

• Operation of 150‑280 t all‑terrain cranes.
• Operation of 150‑280 t crawler cranes.
• Operation of 400‑700 t crawler cranes.
• Knowledge of load charts, lift plans and safety procedures.
