Creative Design Intern

About the role

Join BCG BrightHouse in Dubai as a Creative Design Intern for a minimum of 12 weeks, working at the intersection of strategy and design to develop bold ideas, visuals and stories that drive impact.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and develop visual solutions for complex strategic and business challenges.
• Translate insights from strategy teams into compelling creative work.
• Produce AI‑generated image and video content using tools such as MidJourney, Runway and ChatGPT.
• Create polished PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate client stories.
• Work with editable mock‑up templates and ad‑like assets to visualise concepts.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate (2nd‑year bachelor or master’s preferred) in design, branding, advertising or a related field.
• Publicly accessible portfolio demonstrating range and curiosity.
• Passion for AI‑powered creative tools with hands‑on experience in AI video and image production.
• Fluent English; native Arabic fluency strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects, Premiere or Final Cut Pro a plus).
• Strong PowerPoint design skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as MidJourney, Runway and ChatGPT for image and video generation.
