Creative Designer

About the role

This hands‑on Creative Designer position focuses on graphic design, visual content creation, video editing and motion graphics. You will take creative briefs from concept through to final execution, working independently to deliver high‑quality assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design high‑quality creative assets for digital and print platforms, including campaign visuals, advertisements and presentations.
• Create original static visual content through graphic design, image manipulation, photo editing and compositing.
• Develop, edit and produce video content ranging from short‑form promotional videos.
• Produce motion graphics, animations, transitions, titles and other visual effects to enhance multimedia content.
• Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts that strengthen the brand.
• Adapt creative assets for various print and digital applications.
• Utilise AI‑powered creative tools for image generation, video production and concept development.
• Maintain high visual quality and ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in graphic design, multimedia production or a similar creative role.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered creative platforms and tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual hierarchy and corporate visual identity.
• Ability to interpret briefs and develop strong visual concepts independently.
• Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
