Creative Graphic Design Manager - Social And Digital

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a Creative Graphic Design Manager to lead the visual presence of the brand across social and digital platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualising, designing and delivering high‑impact social content and paid‑media assets that align with the brand’s aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Create social‑first content and assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms, managing projects from concept to final delivery.
• Adapt paid‑media assets, turning broader campaign creative into performance‑driven social formats.
• Develop static, motion graphics and short‑form animated pieces that bring campaigns and launches to life.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining a distinct on‑brand creative viewpoint.
• Ensure all digital assets reflect Huda Beauty’s visual identity and are optimised for platform‑specific formats.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, balancing speed and quality within campaign timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social and digital design, with a strong portfolio of visual work.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with social, marketing, production and performance‑marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of platform trends, audience insights and performance data.
