Creative Graphic Designer Digital, Social & AI Design

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative, visually strong, and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team full‑time. The role focuses on premium branding, digital campaigns, social media, advertising, print design and AI‑assisted creative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visuals for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites and product launches.
• Design Instagram posts, stories, Reels covers, campaign key visuals, banners, ads and promotional content.
• Produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging elements, event materials, posters and POS designs.
• Develop campaign concepts, moodboards, visual directions and creative references.
• Adapt campaign concepts across multiple formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Create premium product compositions, mockups, presentation visuals and marketing assets.
• Support website and landing‑page design, including layouts, banners, sections and basic UI elements.
• Use AI‑powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, image creation, editing, compositing, retouching and production workflows.
• Retouch and enhance product and lifestyle photography as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to turn ideas into polished campaign assets and manage multiple design requests within deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design and visual communication skills.
• Excellent Photoshop and Illustrator abilities.
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, spacing and branding.
• Ability to create modern, premium designs rather than relying on templates.
• Experience designing for social media and performance marketing.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the creative process.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work independently and handle multiple projects efficiently.
