Creative Lead / Producer (Production)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Creative Lead / Producer to join a fast‑paced creative agency in Dubai. You will bridge creative ideas and execution, taking campaigns from concept through production to final delivery across branding, social and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and production of integrated campaigns for social, branding and digital platforms.
• Translate concepts into clear production plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage shoots and content productions, coordinating photographers, videographers, directors, editors, stylists and other partners.
• Source and manage external talent, suppliers and freelancers as needed.
• Oversee budgets, timelines and resources to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Strategists and Social teams.
• Present production recommendations to clients and ensure consistency between concept and execution.
• Stay current on social, content and production trends and bring fresh ideas to the agency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a creative, production or social agency environment.
• Proven track record of taking projects from concept to final delivery.
• Strong understanding of branding, social‑first creative and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and solutions‑focused.
