Creative Producer – Personal Brand Social Media

About the role

Dia Holding is building an in‑house production team to manage the personal brand of its founder, Faruh Kurbanov. As Creative Producer you will own the founder’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms, guiding each piece from concept to publication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the content strategy and visual style for the founder’s personal channels.
• Produce reels, stories, posts and videos end‑to‑end, from scripting to final edit.
• Plan shoots, including locations, wardrobe and timing around the founder’s schedule.
• Brief and manage videographers, photographers, editors and designers, maintaining a high quality bar.
• Build and maintain a content calendar and adapt content to each platform’s format and audience.
• Collaborate with external contractors such as operators, editors and stylists when needed.
• Track social media trends and propose new formats.
• Handle personal content with discretion and present plans and results directly to the founder.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing social media content, preferably for a personal brand, founder or public figure.
• Strong visual taste demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Confidence directing shoots and briefing creative teams.
• Comfort working closely with a senior stakeholder and moving quickly.
• Fluent English; Russian is a strong advantage.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
