Creative Retail Designer

About the role

Based at the global headquarters in Dubai, the Creative Retail Designer will lead the design and creative development of non‑permanent 3D retail assets for new campaign launches. The role focuses on translating brand storytelling into impactful retail expressions that elevate the luxury brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team and stakeholders to develop design concepts.
• Create moodboards and support material and colour‑scheme selection.
• Design and develop 3D retail animation assets for pop‑ups, podiums, window displays and POSM.
• Develop campaign‑related POSM from design through prototype.
• Produce generic POSM aligned with market needs and brand requirements.
• Support regional markets on special activations, event pop‑ups and brand image animations.
• Prepare campaign books and decks to clearly communicate concepts.

Required profile

• Highly creative with strong conceptual and design abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic flair.
• Solid understanding of retail environments, spatial design and visual merchandising.
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication and production processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• 5‑8 years of experience designing campaigns for a global luxury brand, preferably in beauty or fragrance.
• Master’s degree in Architecture, Scenography or a related field.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
