Creator Manager – Arabic Speaking for TikTok LIVE

About the role

The Creator Manager will drive TikTok LIVE’s creator ecosystem across the MENAT region, focusing on Arabic‑speaking creators. You will shape strategy, develop training, analyse performance and ensure policy compliance to grow the live‑streaming community.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and rollout of regional creator‑management strategies, standards and governance frameworks.
• Design onboarding, education and training materials for creators and local teams covering TikTok LIVE products, features, policies and best practices.
• Analyse weekly and monthly creator performance data, identify trends and gaps, and deliver strategic recommendations to regional leadership.
• Assist local teams in building creator growth frameworks, content‑category strategies and engagement methodologies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, campaign playbooks and operational best practices for creator programs.
• Provide insights on MENA/MENAT LIVE ecosystem trends and suggest improvements to operations, policies and methodology.
• Escalate systemic product, policy or operational issues to relevant internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media and popular culture.
• Understanding of the latest live‑streaming trends and AI tools.
• Fluent Arabic speaking ability to engage with local stakeholders and creators.
