Credit Control Analyst – Real Estate

About the role

The Credit Control Analyst will ensure efficient, timely, and accurate financial services related to payment allocation and customer account maintenance for Al Futtaim Real Estate’s Dubai Festival City portfolio. The role involves daily transaction processing, bank reconciliation and supporting the credit control policy using the Yardi system.

Key responsibilities

• Record all cheques received in the PDC module and process customer payments in Yardi, ensuring timely bank deposits and accurate cash receipt application.
• Reconcile daily bank statements against deposited cheques, follow up on bounced cheques and clear unallocated credits to maintain correct account balances.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the Credit Control Department and assist with lease‑related financial tasks as required.

Required profile

• Knowledge of accounts receivable and general bookkeeping procedures.
• 2‑3 years of accounts receivable/general accounting experience and 3‑4 years in administrative finance roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and time‑management skills with a customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in YARDI.
• Advanced Excel skills.
