Credit Control Analyst – Real Estate

About the role

The Credit Control Analyst will ensure efficient, timely, and accurate financial services related to payment allocation and customer account maintenance for Al-Futtaim Real Estate’s portfolio at Dubai Festival City. The role requires daily transaction handling, accurate record‑keeping in Yardi, and strict adherence to the company’s credit control policies.

Key responsibilities

• Record all cheques received in the PDC module daily to minimise transgressions.
• Process customer payments on Yardi and ensure timely bank deposits.
• Reconcile bank statements against deposited cheques each day.
• Follow up on bounced cheques and recover amounts as per agreements.
• Maintain and clear customer accounts, reducing unallocated credits.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the Credit Control Department as required.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of accounts receivable experience and 3‑4 years in administrative finance roles.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and general bookkeeping procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and time‑management skills with a customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in YARDI for financial management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong organisational abilities to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
