Credit Relationship Manager – UAE National Only

About the role

The Credit Relationship Manager will support financial analysis, credit risk assessment and structuring of facilities for assigned corporate relationships within Mashreq's Corporate & Investment Banking Group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Credit Proposals (new, renewals, amendments) in collaboration with Relationship Managers and Wholesale Risk Management.
• Ensure timely turnaround of proposals while maintaining high quality of analysis.
• Monitor borrower behavior, borrowing patterns and portfolio quality, flagging early warning signals.
• Independently manage the assigned portfolio, providing business solutions that meet client needs within risk guidelines.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of credit or financial analysis experience in banking or a related field.
• Degree in Business/Economics; postgraduate diploma or Chartered Accountancy is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of local banking laws, regulations, AML and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
