CRM Analyst Chinese Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Analyst who is fluent in Chinese to drive data‑led decision‑making across our digital and retail channels in Dubai. The role combines analytics, automation and campaign execution, partnering with digital, brand and technology teams to deliver high‑performing customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise multi‑channel CRM automation journeys (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, in‑app) including onboarding, re‑engagement and retention.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign setup, QA, scheduling, deployment and documentation.
• Develop advanced customer segmentation, cohort and funnel analyses to uncover growth opportunities.
• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards reporting on campaign performance, lifecycle metrics and sales impact.
• Integrate CRM and marketing platforms with web, app and offline data; build and maintain ETL pipelines in BigQuery and Databricks.
• Perform SQL and Python‑based analysis for attribution, channel mix and messaging performance.
• Collaborate with tech, data engineering and product teams to support CRM re‑platforming and new tool onboarding.

Required profile

• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in CRM campaign management and automation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable data‑driven solutions.
