CRM Analyst (Chinese Speaker) – Retail

About the role

The CRM Analyst will own CRM analytics, BI reporting and automation frameworks that enable data‑driven decision‑making across digital and retail channels. Working closely with digital, retail, brand and technology teams, you will design customer segments, lifecycle models and automated journeys while supporting end‑to‑end CRM campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise multi‑channel automation journeys (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, in‑app) for onboarding, re‑engagement, retention and cross‑sell.
• Define campaign logic, triggers, control groups and personalisation, and handle setup, QA, scheduling, deployment and documentation.
• Develop advanced customer segmentation based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, value and engagement.
• Conduct cohort, funnel and lifecycle analyses, A/B testing, holdout and uplift studies to measure impact.
• Produce BI reports and dashboards that translate insights into actionable recommendations for CRM strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent Chinese language skills (reading, writing and speaking).
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in CRM analytics or related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced retail environment.
