CrossFit Coach

About the role

Circle Fitness is seeking a passionate CrossFit Coach to deliver high‑energy, technically sound sessions and support members on their fitness journey. You will work directly with clients of all levels, helping them achieve long‑term health, performance, and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 30–35 CrossFit sessions per week, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Adjust and individualize workouts for diverse fitness levels.
• Run introductory sessions to assess goals, injuries, and lifestyle.
• Conduct regular goal‑setting check‑ins and weekly accountability follow‑ups.
• Manage incoming leads, schedule trials, and convert prospects into members.
• Engage with members on‑site and digitally, creating content such as tips, reels, and success stories.
• Participate in team meetings, peer reviews, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain gym cleanliness and assist with daily operations.

Required profile

• Valid CrossFit Level 1, 2, or 3 certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working with a diverse client base and adapting workouts.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and continuous learning.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and interested in program design or community building.
