Culinary Ambassador – Guest Experience Lead

About the role

Emaar Hospitality Group is seeking a Culinary Ambassador to champion exceptional dining experiences across its flagship Address Hotels + Resorts in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering flawless service throughout the guest journey, turning each visitor into a loyal fan of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand and ensure a seamless, high‑quality dining experience from welcome to farewell.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and create memorable moments that reflect the brand’s standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain consistency and excellence in service delivery.
• Gather guest feedback and act on insights to continuously improve the dining experience.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
