About the role
Join the Culinary Internship program at the Steak House of The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. This role offers you the chance to build upon your classroom studies by gaining hands‑on experience in a world‑class hotel kitchen. You will work alongside experienced chefs, learn the daily operations of a high‑end steak restaurant, and become immersed in Marriott’s hospitality culture. The internship is open to current college or university students who are eager to explore a career in the travel and hospitality industry. Throughout the program you will develop practical culinary skills, understand hotel food‑service standards, and prepare you for post‑graduation opportunities.
The program provides exposure to all aspects of kitchen operations, from prep and cooking to plating and service. Interns receive mentorship, training sessions, and the chance to contribute to the restaurant’s daily service. This experience aims to prepare you for future roles in hotel management or culinary arts.
