Key responsibilities

• Create precise Academic Data Reports, analyze anomalies, and initiate corrections within 48 hours.
• Conduct rapid‑response intervention calls and post‑assessment coaching to remove learning blockers.
• Assess and integrate new educational apps while developing AI/LLM prototypes to enhance learning strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science, EdTech, or a student‑support role with both analytical and interpersonal elements.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering).
• High emotional intelligence, strong communication, and a kid‑friendly coaching style.
• Experience building workflows and automations with AI.
• At least one year of experience working closely with K‑8 students.
