Customer Acquisition Executive

About the role

PACT Employment is looking for energetic, enthusiastic and target-driven Customer Acquisition Executives in Dubai to promote loyalty and rewards programs, acquire new customers and drive membership enrollments. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and sales skills and experience in customer acquisition, direct sales or membership sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote loyalty and rewards programs by highlighting membership benefits, reward points, discounts and exclusive offers.
• Approach prospective customers through direct sales, promotional campaigns, retail locations and other engagement channels.
• Generate leads and turn potential customers into registered loyalty program members.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly customer acquisition and enrollment targets.
• Explain program features, eligibility, registration processes and redemption benefits.
• Assist customers with membership registration and activation.
• Build strong customer relationships and run promotional activities supporting acquisition campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollments, sales activities and conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales guidelines and customer data privacy requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer acquisition, direct sales, loyalty or membership sales, or retail sales.
• UAE sales experience preferred; experience in loyalty programs, retail promotions, banking, hospitality or membership acquisition is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with strong customer engagement and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales goals, comfortable with face-to-face sales.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
