About the role

As a Customer Care Advisor at Emirates NBD, you will deliver exceptional service to bank customers, handling inquiries, promoting products and ensuring satisfaction while complying with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, transactions and problem resolution.
• Educate customers on banking products and services to meet their financial needs.
• Identify sales opportunities and cross‑sell loans, credit cards, investment accounts and other products.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures.
• Keep the branch work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any specialization.
• General awareness of the banking sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities.
• 0‑5 years of relevant experience.
