Customer Care Executive / Senior Customer Care Executive

About the role

We are seeking motivated Customer Care Executives and Senior Customer Care Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering accurate information and resolving issues across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other platforms, providing product, service and policy information.
• Handle complaints, escalations and complex cases, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and coordinate with internal departments to solve issues.
• Monitor customer feedback, support service improvements and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Administration or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or front‑office roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English, strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus for senior candidates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using various communication platforms.
