Customer Care Professional – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Professional to join our real‑estate team in Dubai. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and courteously.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to address customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about the business and its real‑estate services.
• Record calls and update customer interactions in internal systems.
• Follow up on pending requests and coordinate with relevant internal teams to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Monitor customer feedback, identify recurring concerns and propose process improvements.
• Support the implementation of customer‑care initiatives and uphold company communication standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support abilities with a focus on satisfaction and clear communication.
• Analytical mindset to understand trends, identify root causes and suggest improvements.
• Relevant experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably in a corporate or service‑focused environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communications or related fields is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and email.
