Customer Care Representative – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Dubai team at Vitrolife Group. In this position you will act as the essential link between IVF clinics, patients and our laboratory, ensuring that biological samples are handled safely and that clients receive top‑level support throughout their fertility journey.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage daily sample shipments, overseeing cold‑chain logistics to guarantee timely delivery to the laboratory.
• Use Salesforce to log cases, track client interactions and provide timely updates.
• Enter patient and sample information accurately into Navision, maintaining traceability and compliance with SOPs.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and laboratory teams to resolve issues and exceed client expectations.
• Uphold regulatory, safety and quality standards in all activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare‑related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, logistics or laboratory support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
• Excellent communication skills with empathy for patients; Arabic language ability is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Navision (Microsoft Dynamics).
