Customer Care Representative – Dubai

About the role

Join Vitrolife Group as a Customer Care Representative in Dubai, supporting clinics, patients and laboratory teams to ensure seamless handling of reproductive health samples. You will act as the vital link that guarantees sample integrity, client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily sample reception, cold‑chain logistics and ensure timely delivery to the laboratory.
• Use Salesforce to track cases, client interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Register patient and sample data in Navision with precision, adhering to SOPs and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics and Laboratory teams to exceed client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics or laboratory workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and ability to thrive in a regulated, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, empathy and patient‑care skills; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
