Customer Care Representative

About the role

Join Vitrolife Group in Dubai as a Customer Care Representative, acting as the vital link between clinics, patients, and our laboratory teams. You will ensure precise handling of biological samples, provide exceptional client support, and help maintain smooth end‑to‑end operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer care and coordinate service requests.
• Manage daily sample reception and oversee cold‑chain logistics.
• Use Salesforce to track cases and client interactions.
• Register patient and sample data accurately in Navision.
• Maintain documentation, traceability, and SOP compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Laboratory teams to exceed client expectations.

Required profile

• A passion for service and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare‑related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or laboratory workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and patient‑care skills.
• Ability to speak Arabic is advantageous.
