About the role

The Call Center Advisor will manage inbound and outbound calls, offering support and guidance to clients on their stock brokerage accounts. The role requires strong communication abilities, a solid grasp of stock market principles, and a passion for helping clients meet their financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone and email, delivering accurate and timely information about services and products.
• Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Educate clients on using ADIB Securities trading platforms and related tools.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Compliance, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or stock brokerage environment.
• Knowledge of stock market principles and trading platforms.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using ADIB Securities trading platforms.
