Customer Interaction Center Representative

About the role

Al Tayer Group is hiring a Customer Interaction Center Representative in Sharjah. The role welcomes customers courteously, answers calls efficiently and provides support so that customers are attended to quickly by the relevant personnel, improving their comfort and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in telemarketing activities during campaigns.
• Handle customers in person and by phone efficiently and courteously, giving information, service bookings and guidance.
• Welcome service customers, seat them and keep them comfortable until the Service Advisor attends to them, then direct them to the right advisor.
• Call customers to collect follow-up feedback on their ATM visits.
• Arrange for customers to be served quickly to reduce waiting time.
• Support the reception in managing the courtesy vehicles.
• Keep the reception clean and hygienic and maintain housekeeping standards that reflect a good corporate image.

Required profile

• High school certificate.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Well-groomed appearance and pleasant personality.
• Exposure to a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service skills or certification is an advantage.
