Customer Interaction Center Representative (UAE National)

About the role

You will welcome customers courteously, answer phone calls efficiently, and provide the necessary support to enhance comfort and satisfaction until they are attended to by the appropriate personnel. The role involves managing customer flow in the service area and ensuring a pleasant experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in telemarketing campaigns as required.
• Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing information, service bookings, and guidance.
• Greet service customers, arrange seating, and keep them comfortable until the Service Advisor is available.
• Direct customers to the appropriate advisor and arrange quick attendance to reduce waiting time.
• Follow up with customers after visits to gather feedback.
• Support reception duties, including managing courtesy vehicles and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area.
• Maintain a well‑groomed appearance and pleasant personality while interacting with customers.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers from multicultural backgrounds.
• Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth handover of customers.
• Monitor waiting times and take actions to minimize delays.

Required profile

• High school certificate.
• 1–2 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Well‑groomed appearance with a pleasant personality.
