Customer Relations & Sales Officer

About the role

A proactive, customer-focused Customer Relations & Sales Officer is sought to join a team in Abu Dhabi. The role covers managing client relationships, handling inquiries, preparing proposals and driving sales performance while representing the company professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with existing and potential clients by phone, email and in-person meetings
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare commercial proposals and follow up until the deal closes
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM)
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally
• Represent the company in meetings, events and exhibitions when required

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer relations
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Required skills

• Good computer skills
• CRM experience is an advantage
