Customer Relationship Officer – Priority Banking

About the role

As a Customer Relationship Officer in the Priority Banking segment, you will deliver excellent service to high‑value clients, ensuring their banking needs are met and fostering loyalty and profitability for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end service experience for Priority Banking customers at the branch.
• Maintain client satisfaction and meet service quality standards consistently.
• Validate and track transaction requests, fixed‑deposit requests and account maintenance in the BPM system.
• Ensure completeness of documentation for account openings and credit‑card applications.
• Liaise with compliance and other departments to follow up on document submission and related matters.
• Handle and review CRM cases assigned to Priority Banking centres.
• Set and monitor sales account targets.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Finance.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a processing, back‑office or customer‑service role within a bank.
