Customer Sales & Service Agent – SkyCargo (Dubai)

About the role

Emirates SkyCargo is looking for a front‑facing Customer Sales and Service Agent to work at its Dubai (DXB) or Dubai World Central (DWC) locations. You will deliver high‑quality service, sell airline tickets, cargo solutions and related products, and help customers navigate travel requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on Emirates fares, ticketing rules and travel documentation (passport, visa, health requirements).
• Issue tickets and sell ancillary services such as Skywards membership, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings and upgraded fares.
• Maintain promotional material, brochures and sales displays at the counter.
• Support the Team Leader with end‑of‑day sales reconciliation and cash handling.
• Build and maintain a database of potential customers, follow up on quotes and seek opportunities to increase cargo tonnage.
• Assist customers with self‑service options on the Emirates website and respond to cargo import/export queries.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately under airline regulations and handle cash transactions.
• Proactive attitude for suggesting service improvements and upselling.
