Customer Service Advisor – Arabic Speaker (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

This position is responsible for delivering the highest standards of customer service via telephone to existing and potential customers. The role requires fluent Arabic and English communication and focuses on handling inbound calls, providing information, and resolving issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers, prospects and non‑customers while meeting call‑handling standards for pick‑up time, duration and quality.
• Provide accurate information, address enquiries politely and redirect callers when appropriate.
• Identify and maximise selling and cross‑selling opportunities during calls.
• Diagnose customer problems and propose suitable solutions.
• Participate in outbound calling programmes and other projects as required.
• Perform customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a call/contact centre within banking, finance, insurance or healthcare.
• Bilingual fluency in English (B2 level or higher) and Arabic.
• Graduate degree preferred; combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong communication, pleasant telephone etiquette and a cheerful, empathetic attitude.
• Ability to work 8‑hour shifts, five days a week, in a fast‑paced, high‑production environment.
