About the role

Wheely’s Customer Service team ensures flawless journeys for passengers and chauffeurs by delivering premium support across multiple channels. As a Customer Service Agent you will be the voice of Wheely, handling calls, live chats and emails to resolve issues quickly and maintain high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier customer service via phone, live chat and email, adhering to luxury communication standards.
• Protect customers’ time by meeting operational SLAs and maintaining satisfaction targets.
• Investigate and resolve passenger and chauffeur issues efficiently.
• Prioritise and escalate feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required profile

• Passion for exceptional customer service and experience in a luxury service environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume contact centre.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns, including nights and weekends, in an office setting.
• Technical proficiency to handle the tools used in a modern contact centre.
