Customer Service Agent, French Speakers

About the role

Wheely is looking for bilingual French‑English Customer Service Agents to join its Dubai office. You will be the voice of the brand, handling calls, live‑chat and email inquiries from passengers and chauffeurs, ensuring every journey meets the company’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer service across phone, chat and email channels.
• Meet operational SLAs and protect customers' time.
• Resolve passenger and chauffeur issues quickly and efficiently.
• Escalate feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
• Maintain high satisfaction scores and adhere to luxury communication guidelines.

Required profile

• Passion for exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.
• Experience in a high‑volume contact centre or similar customer‑facing role.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
