About the role

Wheely’s Customer Service team ensures flawless journeys for passengers and chauffeurs across premium transportation services. As a French‑speaking Customer Service Agent you will handle calls, live chats and emails, delivering luxury‑standard support while protecting customers’ time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier service across multiple channels (calls, live chat, email) while meeting operational SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve passenger and chauffeur issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain luxury communication standards and achieve customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Prioritise, escalate and communicate customer feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and support company growth.

Required profile

• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role within the luxury service industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume contact centre.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, in an office setting.
• Technical proficiency.
