Customer Service Agent

About the role

STAR SERVICES is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join its team at DWC Freezone, Jebel Ali, Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in distribution and warehouse operations who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring efficient operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily customer accounts and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Coordinate shipments, ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
• Manage customer orders, maintaining accurate inventory records in the WMS.
• Prepare invoices, operational reports and related documentation.
• Assist in inventory control and warehouse distribution activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve operational issues.
• Process orders and update inventory data promptly.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in the distribution department at Expeditors.
• Proven experience in shipment and order coordination, inventory control, and use of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for reporting and documentation.
• Strong communication, customer service orientation and organizational abilities.
