Customer Service Agent – Khaleeji Arabic (Dubai)

About the role

Minimalist.ae is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Agent who speaks Khaleeji Arabic to be the front‑line representative for its growing e‑commerce brand. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and turn browsing visitors into satisfied buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complaints received by phone or in writing, resolve when possible or escalate to the appropriate department.
• Provide customer care by answering questions, tracking shipments and keeping customers informed.
• Contact customers with abandoned carts, understand their concerns and persuade them to complete the purchase.
• Conduct inbound sales calls to finalize purchases that were started but not finished.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or customer representation, preferably in a startup or e‑commerce environment.
• Experience with social‑media platforms, WhatsApp and Monday.com or similar ticketing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Khaleeji Arabic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
