About the role
The Customer Service Associate plays a key part in delivering exceptional service to shoppers while supporting sales and maintaining store standards. Based in Ras Al Khaimah, you will interact directly with customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure the store environment is inviting and well‑stocked.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers, provide assistance, and address basic complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
- Receive shipments, restock shelves, and help manage inventory levels.
- Recommend products, upsell and cross‑sell based on customer needs.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and uphold cash handling policies.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing retail role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail for store presentation and product organization.
- Experience handling cash and operating a register.
