Customer Service & Call Center Roles – Dubai

About the role

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives, Call Center Agents, Receptionists and Customer Support Assistants for several busy districts in Dubai. The position involves greeting visitors, answering phones, handling chat and email enquiries, and supporting the team during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in customers, answer calls and respond to emails or chat messages.
• Listen carefully, ask the right questions and route enquiries to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints and resolutions.
• Handle bookings, appointments or order updates with a calm and professional tone.
• Follow up on pending issues and support the wider team during busy periods.

Required profile

• Good spoken and written English with clear, polite communication.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to help people.
• Professional attitude, presentable appearance and reliable attendance.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including email.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using a CRM system (any).
